CBSE 10th result 2018 to be out at 4 pm today; How to check your score Offline

The CBSE Class 10 exams were marred by controversy in 2018 when question paper leaks being reported from Delhi-NCR, Haryana and Jharkhand of Class 10 mathematics paper.

Education News » CBSE will declare results of Class 10 examinations today at 4 pm. The results will be available on the official website of CBSE which is cbse.nic.in. Students can also check their results on cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.examresults.net. Over 16 lakh students appeared for Class 10 exams this year.
“Results of CBSE Class 10 examinations for 2017-18 to be declared by 4 pm on 29th of May, 2018,” Union Education Secretary Anil Swarup tweeted on Monday.
Central Board of Secondary Education conducted Class 10th examination from March 5 to April 4. The CBSE Class 10 exams were marred by controversy in 2018 when question paper leaks being reported from Delhi-NCR, Haryana and Jharkhand of Class 10 mathematics paper. Ministry of Human Resource Development (Ministry of HRD) decided not to conduct the reexamination in the “interest of students”. The Delhi Police has already registered two cases in connection with the paper leaks.

  • Select “Results”

How to check the results when you are offline

Through Microsoft application’s SMS organiser, students can get their CBSE Class 10 results even when they are not connected to the internet. SMS Organizer is a free Android app available on Google Play Store. All you need to do is to just download the application from the Google Play Store and register with your roll number and school code for your CBSE class 10th results.
Pre-registered users will receive a notification for the CBSE Class 10th result once it is out. By clicking on the link, a scorecard will appear. As the entire scorecard is sent via SMS, you can check the CBSE Class 10th result without an internet connectivity, Microsoft explained the process in a video.
Students can also access their results via SMS charged at 50 paise per SMS

Education News : According to a media report, Central Board of Secondary Education may declare CBSE 10th result at the end of May 2018. CBSE will release the results on its official website cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced CBSE 12th result with the overall pass percentage of 83.01 percent. The top three regions were Thiruvananthapuram with 97.32 percent, Chennai 93.87 percent, and Delhi with 89 percent.
“The board congratulates all the students. The girls have taken a lead of 9.32 percent ahead of boys. The pass percentage has also increased by 1 percent. There are nine toppers this year with the first topper at 499 marks, the second topper 498, and seven toppers at 497 marks,” Public Relations Officer (PRO) CBSE Rama Sharma said.
“The CBSE has also set up special counselling facility for dealing with post-result anxiety. The toll-free number 1800-11-8004 can be accessed from any part of the country,” she further added.

Check CBSE result through Google
CBSE has partnered with Google to host the CBSE Class 10 and CBSE Class 12 results on the search engine. Students can check their results on Google by searching for CBSE Class 10 or CBSE Class 12 result. They will have to enter roll number to login and access their results.
Check CBSE Board Exam Results 2018 through Microsoft
Through Microsoft application’s SMS organiser, students will be informed about CBSE 12th result 2018. The candidates will have to register with their roll number, school code and the date of birth to be able to access their marks.

CBSE Class 10, 12 results to be declared by May end: All you need to know

While CBSE Class 10 result will be declared by end of last week of May, CBSE Class 12 results will be out by the beginning of the last week of May.

CBSE students can check their CBSE Class 12 and Class 10 results on CBSE’s official website cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in.

This year, over 2.8 million (28 lakh) students appeared for the CBSE Class 10 and CBSE Class 12 examinations. A total of 1.6 million (over 16 lakh) students had registered for CBSE Class 10 exams. For CBSE Class 12 exams 2018, over 1.1 million (over 11 lakh) students appeared for the exam.
There was a huge controversy over the leak of Class 12 Maths paper and Class 12 Economics paper, however, the re-test of only Class 12 Economics paper was held for 600,000 students on April 25, 2018. According to Delhi Police, the class 12 economics paper was leaked on 23 March – three days before the scheduled date of the examination.
